I was disappointed with the storage space in my room, making it difficult to organize my luggage. Despite the comfortable bed, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot for my stay. There was also noticeable noise at night from nearby bars, disrupting my sleep.

The staff at the reception were super welcoming! ! They went above and beyond to check me in early since I arrived after a long flight. Everything about my room was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and rest before exploring.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

My stay was delightful, as the hotel is just a stone's throw from the train station and has tram stops nearby, making it super easy to wander around the city and visit sights like the beautiful Platzspitz park and the iconic Grossmunster church. the staff was incredibly helpful and the decor added a lovely charm to the experience.

On arrival, access was problematic due to closed reception, which required sorting out late entry. The pull-out sofa in the Junior Suite is far from comfortable. we had to resort to placing the mattress on the floor. Furthermore, we noticed cleanliness issues such as an unemptied dishwasher and a lack of essential items like tea towels or sponges for the kitchenette.

we had a wonderful time at townhouse boutique. the location is fantastic, just a quick walk from the main train station and easy access to shops and restaurants. our room was spacious and bright, thanks to the skylight. the continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. the staff were super friendly, making our stay even better.

Just an average experience overall, but the vibe of the hotel kept it lively.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick layover in Zurich with real value for money. The location was fantastic, only 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Consider opting for a room with a window that opens to avoid stuffiness.
